Permanent, Part Time 14 hours per week

Salary: Grade 2 Bar - £27,682 - £28,473 per annum pro rata (starting salary will commence at £27,682 per annum pro rata)

Location: City & Riverside Campus

You will provide reception, switchboard and mailroom support to the Administration Services function, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Must have an SVQ Level II/3 Higher Grades or equivalent and have previous experience with working in a reception/switchboard/administrative role.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team, have good communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and databases.
  • Pro-active, able to deal with unexpected emergency situations and work well under pressure.
