Salary: Grade 4 £33,276 - £35,791 per annum (the successful candidate will commence at £33,276 per annum)
Location: City Campus & Riverside Campus as required
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will work as part of the Executive Office team providing an effective and high-quality executive support service to the Principal, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Management, and on occasion, provide support to Senior Management Team members.
With a proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks, you will be responsible for supporting the management and administrative work of the Executive Leadership Team. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills and experience in organising, including co‑ordinating events, and prioritising workload with minimal supervision whilst working to tight deadlines are essential.
Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information, committee administration, including minute taking and liaising effectively with external customers are also essential.
To apply for this vacancy, you must have a relevant qualification or experience together with experience of working as a PA or equivalent to a senior manager in a complex, multi‑functional organisation.
