Lecturer in Hairdressing

Salary: £41,838 – £50,359 per annum pro rata (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £48,227 per annum pro rata.)
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Hairdressing Courses to a diverse range of students at a variety of levels.
- Prepare lessons, teach students, and mark and assess their work.
Qualifications
- HNC in Hairdressing or an equivalent level qualification in Hairdressing.
- Broad demonstrable experience of the vocational specialism.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles.
- Desirable: TQFE and Assessor Awards.
- Knowledge of hairdressing qualifications at SCCF Level 5, 6, and HNC.
- Previous teaching experience (not essential).
- Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and subject to a satisfactory PVG Disclosure Check & Certificate of Good Conduct (at their own cost).
