Salary: Grade 6 £42,219 - £45,338 per annum (Pro Rata)

Wearelookingfor adynamicandforward-thinkingindividualtojointheStudent Experience Directorate. As a Learning Support and Development Advisor you will assess students’ additional support needs, arrange support interventions and monitor impact and outcomes to help ensure student success.
You will work in partnership to develop and deliver inclusive services to students with a disabilityoradditionalsupportneed.Aspartofaninnovativeteam,youwillfacilitatepre- entry activities, offer students a responsive mentoring service, you will demonstrate assistive technologies, deliver skills development workshops and one to one support and work as a team to ensure a positive student experience.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have experience of working with peoplewithadisabilityoradditionalsupportneed. Youwillhaveexperienceofdeveloping anddelivering inclusive services,be highly motivated anditis importantthatyouhave the ability to create a supportive environment through coaching and mentoring.
Experienceofworkingwithinaneducationalsettingis desirable.
