Location: City Campus
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will assist in the management of a range of specialist HR activities including developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures, recruitment, career development, attendance management, discipline and grievance, and providing support and guidance to managers and staff on all HR related areas.
To apply for this position, you must possess a relevant HND (or equivalent) qualification and/or professional HR qualification, with recent relevant experience of a similar HR role within a diverse organisation, plus experience of developing and implementing best practice. In addition, you should have excellent up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
