The predicted salary is between 66407 - 93000 £ per year.
As Associate Dean based within the Faculty of Hospitality and Leisure, you will be responsible for assisting the Dean in the academic leadership and implementation of all aspects of provision within the Faculty, inspiring and delivering student-centred results in line with the College’s strategic ambitions.
You will provide support to the Dean for a life-shaping and personalised student experience in addition to providing leadership and operational management to several curriculum teams, promoting an industry focused tertiary educational model.
You will also create commercial, international, and other non SFC income generation opportunities with key stakeholders to create a relevant industry focused curriculum offer, with an ambition to create Centres for Excellence within the area.
You will be an active member of the College’s Management Team, contributing to the leadership and operational management of the faculty whilst also being accountable for sector leading performance levels and financial control of budgets within your areas of responsibility.
You will be a qualified professional with a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification, committed to continuous professional development. Bringing recent and relevant experience of leadership in curriculum delivery, you will have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff while driving innovative curriculum planning and delivery.
You will be a champion of change, and provide inspirational leadership being a role model for all staff, exemplifying the College’s Purpose and Way.
