3399 – Front of House Officer JOB VACANCY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL Location: City of Glasgow College Position: Front of House Officer Type: Permanent, Full-Time – 35 hours per week Salary: Grade 2, £26,532 – £28,343 per annum (Starting salary £26,532) The successful candidate will provide friendly, front of house services to students, staff, and visitors, maintaining high standards of customer service, security, and safety. Key responsibilities include handling potentially challenging situations, managing conflicts professionally, working with the Health & Safety team, responding to hazards, and participating in First Aid and Fire Evacuation teams.
