Type: Permanent, Full-Time - 35 hours per week

Salary: Grade 2, £26,532 - £28,343 per annum (Starting salary £26,532)

The successful candidate will provide friendly, front of house services to students, staff, and visitors, maintaining high standards of customer service, security, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling potentially challenging situations
  • Managing conflicts professionally
  • Working with the Health & Safety team
  • Responding to hazards
  • Participating in First Aid and Fire Evacuation teams
