We are seeking a visionary Associate Dean of Engineering to join our senior leadership team within the Faculty of Nautical & STEM. This is a dynamic opportunity to strategically and operationally lead our diverse engineering curriculum across Higher and Further Education, including apprenticeships and hands-on vocational programmes.
In this pivotal role, you\’ll collaborate closely with industry leaders and academic partners to co-create cutting-edge curriculum offerings that address current and emerging skills gaps. Your leadership will help ensure our students thrive, meeting ambitious attainment goals and achieving high levels of satisfaction, while delivering the skilled professionals industry needs today and tomorrow.
