The predicted salary is between 57687 - 57687 £ per year.

Fixed Term - 12 Months Full Time (35 hours per week) £57,687 per annum.

Working with the Associate Dean, the successful candidate will lead and manage the development of the curriculum area to ensure that the delivery of learning and teaching is of the highest standard and responsive to the needs of the students.

You will manage and develop the curriculum offer in line with the College's strategic direction and ensure that coherent academic guidance systems are in place and implemented in line with College policy.

You will hold a relevant degree and/or appropriate professional qualification along with a full teaching qualification.

You should have previous experience of the direct management of curriculum delivery and development including the effective development, deployment and management of staff and direct relevant experience of curriculum development and planning processes.

You will be able to evidence creative and innovative methods of learning and teaching and a contribution to the wider student experience, i.e. recruitment/retention initiatives, employability and enterprise initiatives.

You will have prior qualifications or experience relating to the fields of Marine Engineering and have an understanding of UK MCA qualifications. Chief Engineer qualifications would be beneficial but not required.
