Position: 35 hours per week / Permanent
Location: Anniesland Campus (will work across all campus sites)
Salary: £25,873 per annum
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week
Basis: Full Time

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for ICT support via phone, Email, MS Teams, and in person.
- Install and maintain ICT, printing, and AV equipment.
- Log and manage support requests using our ITIL-based Service Desk.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalating when needed, and keep users informed.
- Assist with password resets, office moves, and equipment setups.
- Monitor antivirus and backup reports, taking action where needed.
- Maintain asset registers and support software/hardware availability.
- Help manage deliveries and purchase orders.
What You’ll Bring
- HNC (SCQF Level 7) in a technical IT-related subject or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of desktop operating systems and Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- A knack for problem-solving and working as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between campuses when needed.
