Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 09:00 & 15:30 - 20:00
- Friday 06:00 - 08:00 & 15:30 - 19:30
The supervisor will be responsible for cleaning teams across multiple sites. The supervisor will allocate routine/general tasks to the cleaning operatives, deal with matters arising, escalate concerns and report unresolved issues to the Locality Hub Team Leader. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the general cleaning of the premises is carried out as required and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement, under the direction of the Locality Hub Team Leader, whilst ensuring all cleaning materials/equipment are handled and utilised in a safe and conscientious manner.
The supervisor is responsible for carrying out routine audits, site inspections, reporting machinery faults and maintaining stock control/orders. A full clean drivers licence is desirable but not essential. You will be a key member of our Facilities Management team. You will deliver a vital cleaning service across our estate to ensure our properties are safe and clean places to work or learn in.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
