The Edinburgh City Health & Social Care Partnership (EHSCP) is transforming the way social work supports people affected by mental health and substance use. This role leads a small, multidisciplinary team in our Residential Rehab and Recovery Services.
Responsibilities- Line manage a team of social workers, CCA’s and peer workers.
- Work with health and partner agencies to assess suitability for residential rehab and develop after‑care and support plans for people returning to the community.
- Oversee service development and integration with mental health, substance use, adult support, protection and capacity services.
- Qualified social worker, committed to making a real difference to adults in Edinburgh.
- Desirable: MHO, Practice Educator or ASP qualifications.
- Essential: knowledge and experience in mental health, substance use, adult with incapacity and adult support and protection services.
- Competitive salary within the £47,639 – £56,392 range.
