Salary and Working Hours:

  • Salary: £26,806 – £27,032 (pro‑rata for part‑time and sessional).
  • Hours: 29.75 per week, 39 weeks sessional.
  • Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 16:30, Friday 9:00 – 13:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Head Teacher with responsibility for Child Protection and Safeguarding.
  • Support the Integrated Support Team.
  • Minute taking, maintaining confidential records, supporting monitoring of whole school attendance.
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard children and protected adults.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Attention to detail with strong ICT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
  • Will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check; if spent >3 months outside the UK in the last 5 years, an overseas criminal record check is required.
