Requirements
- Degree in a relevant subject or alternative relevant experience
- Proven experience in supporting configuration, administration, and management of backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms
- Experience managing Intune, Teams, Security, Power Platform, and Message Centre admin portals
- Strong experience in day-to-day systems administration and support within M365 and associated cloud services
- Practical experience in delivering ICT projects
- Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, and ICT resilience planning and implementation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks creatively and innovatively
- Comfortable presenting and building effective collaborative relationships
- Organised and self-driven with the ability to work flexibly in a fast-changing environment
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, administration, and management of backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms
- Manage day-to-day systems administration and support activities within Microsoft 365
- Work closely with Microsoft 365 specialists to ensure data protection arrangements align with information governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the development of Microsoft 365 tenants and digital offerings to meet business and legislative requirements
- Engage in disaster recovery, business continuity, and ICT resilience planning initiatives
- Collaborate with security specialists to enhance data protection measures
