Construction Project Manager – High Rise Management & Investment
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable and technically strong Construction Project Manager with contractor management experience.
As a member of the Management and Factoring side of the High‐Rise Management and Investment team, you will oversee varying projects including construction, maintenance, health and safety and improvements.
Presence on site during delivery is required.
You will support the property managers and act as the first point of contact for site and works related enquiries, working closely with Case Officers and Council repair teams to provide responsive repairs for the High Rise blocks across the city.
Required knowledge and experience: understanding of housing, property and construction services; application of CDM (Regulations) principles aligned with Council Health and Safety policies.
You should be confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders – designers, contractors, housing officers, tenant liaison officers, residents and concierge teams – to drive projects forward.
