City of Edinburgh Council is looking for a Trainee Accountant for a fixed term until 31/01/2030. This position offers hands-on experience within the Finance function, with responsibilities including management accounting, budget preparation, and financial accounting.

Over a structured three-year training program, candidates will gain valuable work experience and work towards a nationally recognized accountancy qualification. A fixed-term contract does not guarantee future employment; however, opportunities for internal applications will be available towards the end of the term.
