Fleet Compliance Team Leader Bankhead Depot Salary: Β£39,129 – Β£46,023 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks We are looking for an Experienced Fleet Compliance Team Leader. The City of Edinburgh Council is looking for a Fleet Compliance Team Leader to join our busy Fleet Services operations. Reporting to the Fleet Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Fleet Compliance Team to ensure the fleet is fully maintained to schedule under our Operators licence requirements. In addition, you will support operational colleagues covering training needs, tachograph monitoring and service audits. So, if you\’re an exceptional people manager with suitable transport management qualifications, a wealth of experience in a transport environment as well as self-motivated, pro active and attentive to detail we want to hear from you. The salary package is enhanced by a minimum of 32 days leave per year rising to a maximum of 40 days per year dependant on continuous service, generous employer pension contributions and numerous employee benefits, such as Green Car scheme, Cycle to work, Lifestyle savings and Gym membership.
