Overview: As a Facilities Technician with the City of Edinburgh Council, you'll be a key member of our Facilities Management team. You'll deliver a vital janitorial service across our estate to ensure our properties are safe places to work or learn in. Enjoy secure and flexible employment with above‑market rates and excellent conditions, whilst being able to balance family, caring or studying commitments. Major Tasks / Job Activities: You will undertake day-to-day FM, janitorial and DIY operations across one or more buildings, ranging from small repairs and general maintenance to reactive cleaning, supporting moves and conducting basic security functions.
