Dean Park Primary is a thriving non-denominational primary school serving the village of Balerno in the South West of Edinburgh. The school comprises 19 primary classes and a nursery with full-time spaces for up to 88 children. The school is split over two sites: the nursery annexe in the heart of the village and the main school campus in the Marchbank housing estate. We are seeking an Early Years Domestic Support to join our dedicated nursery team, supporting the delivery of light meals and snacks for nursery children. This role involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
