Salary: £47,639 - £56,392 Hours: 36 per week Drive the frontline transformation of Edinburgh's waste infrastructure.
This role leads daily operations across depots, Waste Transfer Stations and HWRCs-setting standards, strengthening safety, and delivering a modern, efficient, customer focused service.
You'll manage a large multi-site workforce, embed consistent operating practices, ensure compliance with key legislation, and deliver an operational plan that improves recycling, reduces carbon, and enhances service performance.
A pivotal leadership post for someone who can inspire teams, shape policy into practice, and keep the city's waste network running safely, smoothly and sustainably.
