Salary: £26,806 - £27,032 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks St Augustine's RC High School is situated in the west of the City of Edinburgh and has a school roll of 1035.

The catchment area encompasses Catholic and non-denominational primary schools extending from South Queensferry in the north to Balerno in the south.

However, as a result of parental choice, our current S1 contains students drawn from 31 primaries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be willing to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service.

They will also be competent users of ICT and have knowledge and experience of using databases, spreadsheets and word documents.

Excellent communication skills and experience of working to tight deadlines is essential.

A desirable characteristic would be previous SEEMIS experience as many duties attached to this position require use of this management system: inputting timetable information; SQA exam rooming as well as usual office/admin duties.

Training will be given if necessary of course.
