Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 09:00 & 15:30- 20:00 and Friday 06:00 - 08:00 & 16:00 - 20:00
The supervisor will be responsible for cleaning teams across multiple sites. Responsibilities include:
- Allocating routine/general tasks to the cleaning operatives
- Dealing with matters arising and escalating concerns
- Reporting unresolved issues to the Locality Hub Team Leader
- Ensuring that the general cleaning of the premises is carried out as required and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
- Handling and utilising all cleaning materials/equipment in a safe and conscientious manner
- Carrying out routine audits and site inspections
- Reporting machinery faults and maintaining stock control/orders
A full clean driver's licence is desirable but not essential.
You will be a key member of our Facilities Management team, delivering a vital cleaning service across our estate to ensure our properties are safe and clean places to work or learn in.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. An Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required for individuals who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years.
