City of Edinburgh Council is advertising a Case Officer - High Rise Management and Investment within Waverley Court. The post holder will support the Property Managers and work with Construction Project Managers to deliver management and factoring of high‑rise stock across the city.
You will lead project‑related contact with private owners and tenants, guide them through votes and engagement, maintain a site presence during delivery, and serve as the main point of contact for designers.
