The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

We are currently looking for a Planning and Admin Officer to join an established team delivering and managing Void Maintenance and associated repair works working closely with Allocations team and Local Housing teams.

The post holder will ensure the work is completed to a good quality standard, within timescales and to the clients / customer’s satisfaction. Experience of working in a customer focussed team is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification. Or to demonstrate experience and ability to perform the role.

37 hours per week
