About the Role

The City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. You have an opportunity to be part of this in the role of Electrician.

Responsibilities

  • Our electrical team is currently involved in lighting refurbs, mains upgrade, fire alarm/emergency light upgrades and general building refurbishments in schools and public buildings throughout Doncaster, including first and second fixing.
  • We also carry out reactive electrical repairs, which includes fault finding of commercial/industrial and domestic properties plus maintenance of fire alarms/emergency lighting throughout the borough.
  • We also carry out all hard wire testing of public buildings.
