Professional Building Maintenance is recruiting a Modern Apprentice in our Adaptations Section to support a domestic adaptations team located in Doncaster.
Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out adaptations to properties to make them suitable for occupants, including the installation of wet‑rooms, widening doors, altering property layouts, installing kitchens, and other related tasks.
- Participate in learning and development as part of the Level 3 Trained Apprenticeship.
Contract & Compensation
- Contract Type: 4‑Year Level 3 Trained Apprenticeship
- Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
- Salary: £8.00 per hour / £15,434.27 per annum from 1st April 2026 for the first year, followed by the National Minimum Wage appropriate to age for the remainder of the contract.
