City of Derby Academy is seeking an Achievement Leader to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. You will provide high-quality pastoral support, promote positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, and help identify and remove barriers to learning.
Working closely with students, families and colleagues, you will be an excellent communicator, build positive relationships with parents and external agencies, and play a key role in supporting students.
