This position is for a Process Improvement Specialist I in Manchester to join the Grocery Partnership team that is redefining grocery delivery and help us build and grow this service for our customers. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Work within the Ops Excellence team acting as a key link between local operations and central teams, to support driving operational improvement and innovation across the UK.
  • Analyse key metrics such as Quality, Speed, and Productivity to support data‑driven decision‑making and identify opportunities to improve the Grocery Partnership service.
  • Support the team to deliver cross‑functional projects, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement scalable solutions for merchants that improve operational performance and metrics.
  • Occasionally travel to partner stores to understand operational challenges and support the successful execution of initiatives on site.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Experience or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to a highly ambiguous environment.
