Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess learners on Plastering programmes, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.
  • Provide underpinning knowledge, guidance, and support to help students develop their skills, achieve qualifications, and progress into employment or apprenticeships.
  • Support learners' wider development, including attendance and engagement in English, maths, and tutorial sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to link full‑time students to apprenticeship opportunities.
