We have an exciting opportunity for qualified Counsellors to join our college community.
About your role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Counsellors to join on a permanent basis.
The positions are to deliver primarily on our BSU FdA Counselling degree with scope to contribute in the future to the Level 3 Counselling course for Adults that provides progression to the degree. Our new lecturers will plan and deliver inspiring sessions, mark and moderate assessments, and support student recruitment as part of the whole team. Other whole college responsibilities will include supporting GCSE invigilation on occasion, Open Days and Interviews for new and prospective students.
The Health. Education and Care department is a large and diverse department delivering study programmes, adult professional programmes and HE provision across Early Years, Health & Social Care, Applied Science, Education and Counselling. Our Counselling provision comprises programmes from L2 to Degree level, aimed at aspiring future practitioners. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with learners and colleagues alike.
