The Residential Facilities Management Coordinator role is based in the Clifton area, supporting day-to-day facilities services for University residential properties. You will collaborate with the Residential Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, compliant environment for students, staff and contractors.
You should hold a City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ, plus a health and safety qualification (IOSH/CIEH/NEBOSH) and a fire safety qualification or willingness to gain one.
