We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Carpentry Lecturer to join our team and inspire the next generation of trades professionals. You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to 16–19-year-old learners and adult students across a range of Carpentry courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess learners on Carpentry programmes, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.
  • Provide underpinning knowledge, guidance, and support to help students develop their skills, achieve qualifications, and progress into employment or apprenticeships.
  • Support learners’ wider development, including attendance and engagement in English, maths, and tutorial sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to link full-time students to apprenticeship opportunities.
