About your role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality practical learning across a range of construction trades, including Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Plumbing, Electrical Installation and Multi-skills. As a Technical Demonstrator, you will provide hands-on technical support within our workshops, helping students to develop the practical skills, safe working practices and industry knowledge required to succeed in the construction sector. You will work closely with teaching staff to support lessons, prepare materials, and maintain a safe, organised, and industry-standard learning environment. Your role will help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world construction practice, ensuring students are confident, capable, and work-ready.
