This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of the University of Bristol’s Indoor Sports Centre, supporting the Sports Centre Manager in the daily running of a busy and vibrant facility. You will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and customers while maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all.
What will you be doing?
You will play a key leadership role within the University’s Sports Centres, supervising and motivating a team of Sports Centre Assistants and Reception staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the wider management team, you will contribute to the day‑to‑day operation and overall success of the Sports Centres, supporting delivery of the Division’s Strategic Priorities. The role involves overseeing staff, customers, activities, and equipment across the University’s sports facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed environment at all times.
