The University of Bristol School of Mathematics is inviting applications for an outstanding teaching-focused Lecturer in Statistics and Data Science (P3) to support and enhance the delivery of our taught programmes in statistics and data science on a 3-year fixed term basis.
We are seeking to recruit candidates with a strong track record in teaching and scholarship in statistics and/or data science. We expect the candidate to provide inspiring and innovative teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
What will you be doing?
- Lecturing, small-group teaching, setting and marking examinations, project supervision, personal tutoring, contributing to the preparation and development of units, with a focus on statistics and data science.
- Teaching-related administrative duties and roles will be required.
