The Business Partnerships and Onboarding Assistant supports the College’s strategic ambition to expand its employer‑facing provision, particularly in apprenticeships and work‑based learning. The role requires a strong understanding of sector‑specific compliance, funding regulations, and administrative systems to ensure all operational processes are delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain efficient onboarding procedures.
- Manage apprenticeship‑related enquiries.
- Ensure accurate data handling across platforms such as the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and internal CRM systems.
- Represent the College at external events, communicating the College’s employer engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams and external stakeholders to support business partnerships.
- Apply technical knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, onboarding protocols and administrative compliance to deliver high‑quality service.
