Senior EOTAS keyworker

b Overview /b p In this role you lead and coordinate Education Other than at School (EOTAS) provision for young people with SEND, ensuring access to education and progress under EHC plans. You supervise a small EOTAS team, manage individual caseloads, and collaborate with families and external partners to remove barriers and support transitions. You work within the SEND/IAR framework to deliver effective educational outcomes and plans for future progression. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Line manage and supervise a team of EOTAS key workers, guiding their day-to-day delivery /li li Manage a caseload of young people receiving EOTAS education /li li Engage weekly with each young person and their family to coordinate education provision /li li Coordinate education delivery with education and therapeutic providers and external partners /li li Act as key worker with pastoral oversight to address barriers to education access /li li Oversee interventions detailed in the young person’s EHC plan /li li Support future planning and smooth transitions back into education or adult life /li li Participate in regular reviews of learning and progress, including annual EHC plan reviews /li li Ensure accurate progress recording against EHC plan outcomes /li li Collaborate with casework officers in the SEND Integrated Assessment and Review Team to deliver EOTAS provision /li /ul
