b Overview /b p In this role you will support the delivery of safeguarding training for taxi and private hire licence holders, across channels including e-learning. You will build relationships with stakeholders, coordinate content and respond to enquiries while handling confidential information. You will contribute to investigations and ensure data protection and regulatory requirements are met. This is an opportunity to impact public safety in a busy, diverse city by promoting safeguarding best practices. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and deliver safeguarding training packages for licence holders (including e-learning) /li li Review content to match target audiences and assist with projects /li li Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; share best practices /li li Deal with public and trade; attend meetings as required /li li Prepare non-standard letters and templates; train staff on usage /li li Respond to complaints and enquiries; manage investigations and communicate outcomes /li li Handle confidential information; respond to FOI, SAR, NR3 requests; ensure GDPR and information security compliance /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Safeguarding knowledge and experience /li li Strong written and oral communication; confidential and diplomatic handling of information /li li Ability to manage workload, prioritise, and conduct investigations with clear outcomes /li li Experience handling FOI, SAR, NR3 requests and data protection requirements /li li Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and external authorities /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Diplomacy and confidentiality /li li Relationship-building /li li Development and delivery of training content (including e-learning) /li li Template and letter creation /li li Knowledge of GDPR and information security /li /ul
