b Overview /b p In this strategic role, you lead the Changing Futures programme to address multiple disadvantage in Bradford, working with public sector and VCSE partners to deliver systems change. You will shape and align the agenda across health, social care and local authorities, turning strategic intent into practical outputs. The role demands senior collaboration, adaptability in ambiguity, and a focus on innovative public service delivery. Your work will help build a more integrated, prevention-focused approach to improving lives. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead development and alignment of the multiple-disadvantage agenda within the Changing Futures programme /li li Deliver systems change and innovative approaches across partners and sectors /li li Work at a strategic level with local authorities, ICB, police, probation, government departments, and the VCSE sector /li li Develop and implement strategy, translating vision into practical outputs /li li Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of partners across the system /li li Support staff and team management within the programme core team /li li Promote breaking down silos in public services and advocate for people-centered approaches /li li Contribute to the governance and delivery mechanisms of the programme /li li Monitor impact, adapt plans in response to emergent work streams /li li Ensure alignment with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and Council values /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong background in staff/team management /li li Experience with complex system working and strategic development /li li Ability to work in ambiguity and manage emergent programmes /li li Experience applying public health skills to strategic initiatives /li li Proven track record in building cross-sector partnerships /li li Ability to translate vision into practical outputs and outcomes /li li Experience with relationship building across diverse partners /li li Knowledge of public sector and VCSE collaboration /li /ul ul li Strategic thinking /li li Relationship building / stakeholder management /li li Adaptability and resilience /li li Strategic programme management /li li Stakeholder engagement /li li Change management /li /ul
