The SEND Short Breaks Assessment and Specialist Inclusion Team is a developing provision in Bradford's Children Services. SEND Short Breaks are a vital service provision for children, young people and their families that offers commissioned or bespoke social inclusion activities. Bradford Children's Services are focused on supporting children/young people and their families in the Bradford, Keighley, and Shipley districts; to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn and develop skills through play and inclusion, and to offer their parents time out from their caring role.
