Skills House is Bradford’s education, employment and skills partnership gateway for business engagement, responsible for triaging enquiries, identifying potential new customers and managing relationships to support businesses to understand their challenges and introduce them to partnership based solutions and products to support them grow, creating new opportunities for education and training providers, in turn creating new opportunities for students and employers.

Skills House are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Resourcing Officer to join the team.
Skills House looks to address the skill gaps in the local labour market as well as to ultimately improve underlying employment and economic outcomes for Bradford residents and employers.
This role will be at the heart of partnership working leading on sector-specific initiatives with a focus on improving business and inclusive employer outcomes.
The main purpose of the role will be to establish, grow, and facilitate sector-based, demand and outcome-driven, effective partnerships with employers and jobseekers.
Developing a skilled labour pool of potential jobseekers ready to meet the needs of local businesses, securing sustainable employment.
To develop effective solutions for local employers to meet their hiring and workforce development needs and generate innovative pathways into employment and workforce development.
Design and deliver recruitment and sector-based workshops that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, ensuring differentiated learning opportunities from entry level to level 6, and aligning content with employer expectations and industry standards.
Enable jobseekers to access sustainable employment and progression opportunities by working closely with key stakeholders to improve employment outcomes across the Bradford District.
