Responsibilities

  • Automate individual and bulk processes through administration and online portals
  • Create benefit calculations and maintain technical specifications
  • Agree requirements, ROI and system change specifications with the Head of Pensions Systems Development
  • Plan and deliver a continuous program of systems upgrades and development for fire pension schemes
  • Key requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a bespoke financial services development environment
  • Strong programming skills, databases, cloud computing and APIs
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and Python
