The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

A market supplement of 15% for 12 months or until a planned restructure is completed, whichever is first, is available to senior lawyers, who will be lawyers with substantial experience and knowledge in this area of law. Hybrid office arrangements are available, allowing working from home and office.

We are looking to recruit Education Lawyers with a specific focus on Special Educational Needs law to work in our friendly and supportive Education Employment and Litigation team. The right candidates will:

  • be either a solicitor, barrister or CILEX qualified and either have experience in Education Law and SEN law or can demonstrate a genuine interest in developing a specialism in these areas.
  • be open to developing their legal expertise in local government law and practices.

In order to apply you must be a qualified solicitor or barrister entitled to practice in England and Wales or fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with practice rights.
