Job Introduction This is a new and pivotal role in WYPF leads and manages the development of cloud-based applications and infrastructure for WYPF as we continue to grow and develop our organisational model over the next 3 to 5 years.
The role requires the holder to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performing hybrid cloud environment in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders.
It is key to support other technology teams and WYPF’s wider teams for example administration and finance.
This is a technical role and required advanced cloud framework and management systems knowledge in a Hybrid environment, covering virtualised and containerised IT systems.
Understanding of cyber security is also vital to design monitoring, detection, and response to security threats; being the first line of defence in keeping systems safe.
