Bradford Theatres is looking to appoint to the casual register a number of Casual Bars and Catering Assistants to work across our venues - St George's Concert Hall, Alhambra Theatre and The Studio.

You must be at least 18 years of age for licensing regulations. You will ideally have demonstrable experience of working in a busy bar / restaurant / multi-outlet venue / hospitality or catering venue. You will need to be enthusiastic, be able to work within the role to the highest standard in a customer facing environment delivering a Food and Beverage experience above and beyond the customers' expectations. The work is physically demanding on a daily basis.

As well as serving customers, the role encompasses ensuring the completion of cleaning schedules (including enhanced cleaning in the current environment), stocking-up service areas, responding to any customer queries and requests and carrying out any duties assigned by a manager that may fall out of the job profile according to the needs of the business.

Applicants must have the ability to work both using their own initiative and as part of a team, and display willingness to learn and update personal training as required. A working knowledge of all relevant Health & Safety procedures and policies would be desirable, but not essential as training will be given: The Licensing Act, Trade Descriptions Act, The Weights and Measures Act, The Food and Drugs Act, Food Safety Act and Food Standards Act, Natasha's Law etc.
