Overview
As Senior Navigator you lead a team of Navigators delivering coordinated support to individuals with multiple needs, focusing on trauma-informed, high-quality care. You balance line management with hands-on caseload work and collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure effective service delivery. You’ll foster empowerment and safeguarding, shaping comprehensive care packages and reviewing outcomes to support service users to reach their potential. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Navigators to maintain focus and smooth service delivery
- Manage a caseload while supporting day-to-day leadership for the service
- Ensure comprehensive, coordinated care plans for service users and review progress
- Promote trauma-informed approaches and reflective supervision
- Deliver high performance and quality standards across the service
- Support safeguarding and welfare of both staff and service users
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on delegated tasks and service improvements
Key requirements
- Experience in leading teams and delivering services to individuals with complex needs
- Understanding of trauma-informed care approaches
- Ability to provide reflective and case formulation supervision
- Driving licence with access to a vehicle and comprehensive business insurance
- Enhanced DBS check (willingness to undergo)
