Job IntroductionWe are recruiting to the role of Advanced Practitioner Social Work to work in one of our Adults with Disabilities Locality Teams. You will support the Team Manager Adults with Disabilities to plan and coordinate the work of the team. You will have a detailed knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation. From a values perspective, you will have a strong commitment to human rights at the heart of social work practice and will know and understand the importance of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The main responsibilities of this role:supporting the Management Team across Adults Services in delivering a high quality Social Work to Adults and their families.
