Are you a dynamic and passionate Personal Development Group Facilitator? Then join us to support students on our L3 Certificate in Counselling Skills course, working in collaboration with course Tutors, helping to bring together people across the capital and beyond and to enrich lives through learning.
You will be a key contributor to the thriving Psychology and Counselling department which has long-standing experience in offering a wide range of courses from introductory to professional levels of training, facilitating a group of up to 10 students weekly.

To be considered, please submit your CV and a covering letter, detailing your skills and experience. You will particularly attract our interest if this covers:
- Have a level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling.
- Have 3 years (post qualification) experience as an Integrative Counsellor.
- Be a practicing Integrative Counsellor, in current and ongoing supervision.
- Have BACP membership and abides by the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (or any other relevant professional awarding body).
Courses will take place as per below. Hours of work will be discussed in more detail at interview.
- L3 Certificate in Counselling Skills: Wednesdays 15:00 – 16:00 (from September 2025); Thursdays 20:30 – 21:30 (from September 2025) and Saturdays 16:00 – 17:00 (from January 2026). Term time only.
