About the role
Are you a dynamic and creative teacher of kit drumming? Then why not join our thriving Music department to teach kit drumming classes, to inspire adult students in their musical development. We are currently seeking a tutor to start on 20 September 2025 for:
- Drumming year 4 (Saturdays 10:30–12:00)
- Drumming year 2 (Saturdays 12:15–13:45)
You will be inducted into teaching in the drumming/percussion classrooms, receive ongoing support from the Music team, especially the Co-ordinator for Jazz and Popular Music, and be expected to collaborate with other staff and students. The courses run for 3 x 11-week terms and classes have a maximum of 8 students. This is a fixed-term contract for one academic year.
