The predicted salary is between 39 - 39 £ per hour.

Salary £39.11 per hour, inclusive of pro rata holiday entitlement and preparation time / £25.83 per hour for meetings.

Are you a passionate Personal Development Group Facilitator? Then join us to support students on our L3 Certificate in Counselling Skills course, working in collaboration with course Tutors, helping to bring together people across the capital and beyond and to enrich lives through learning. You will be a key contributor to the thriving Psychotherapy and Counselling department which has long-standing experience in offering a wide range of courses from introductory to professional levels of training, facilitating a group of up to 10 students weekly.

To be considered, please submit your CV and a covering letter, detailing your skills and experience. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have a level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling.
  • Have 3 years (post qualification) experience as an Integrative Counsellor.
  • Are a practicing Integrative Counsellor, in current and ongoing supervision.
  • Have BACP membership and abide by the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (or any other relevant professional awarding body).

Courses will take place as per below. Hours of work will be discussed in more detail at interview. Term time only:

  • Level 4 course - Thursday 16:00-17:30 weekly from September 2026 - February 2027; then fortnightly from March 2027 – June 2028
  • Level 3 course - Thursday 20:30-21:30 weekly from September 2026
